Why would they restrict Trinisphere in Type 1 I mean Vintage format? This puzzles me. Whio is this card hurting in Type 1?

Trinisphere allows decks with higher mana needs to compete in a blisteringly fast type 1. With a Sphere in play on turn 1 thanks to a Mishra's Workshop, a player did not need to fear his spells being countered by 1 or 2 or three, or free counterspells, nor about his permanents being destroyed by cheap removal. A deck packed with Workshops and other forms of artifact mana (ie. Mana Vault, Sol ring, etc.) could easily power out 5/3 Juggernauts, Crucible of the Worlds, and most importantly Mindslavers without the fear of getting anything being countered by control decks. Trinisphere allowed for some really broken effects, so its good it has been restricted. Note that it only really concerns type 1 players who have fully powered decks... Us non mox packing players don't really cae about Trinisphere.
