I am a lev 44 rogue and I only just realized that if I pick pocket an enemy before I kill them, they have twice the amount of treasure. Who knew? So, I began this thread for all Guild Rogues to shared secret profession tips with others if they want.

Hi everyone! Today is Patch day....and we are all waiting patiently (or not so patiently) to get back online and get a new do. I am also delightfully surprised because Mutillate no longer requires us hardworking rogues to go behind our targets! So what is your favourite spec and what about the new patch thrills you? Oh, I reached 70 a few months back. Not a 44 anymore!

Among all of the other changes I love that I am no longer required to carry a load of flash powder wherever I go, thieves tools aren't required for lockpicking, and poisons come premade at the vendor. No more time spent mixing. Jofrey

Hi. I found a really good site to refer to when looking for the best enchants and gems for gear and many other things at shadowpanther.net/I have all of the top, available Burning Crusade rogue enchants. I had my shiv and shanker enchanted with a mongoose each and I am glad that I finally did. ;D I didn't know what I was missing!

In the Assasination build is Deadly Brew. With this you just need to have one (or two) of the poisons in this list on your weapons, and the Crippling poison will show up when you are in combat, so it's like having three poisons!

If you are in combat use Shadowmeld, and then don't move; just like Vanish it will break off enemy attacks. Then quickly press Stealth and escape.

Hi, I am researching into the best armor, weapons, enchants, and jewels for a level 80 rogue. I am seeing that what you like to do plays an important part in what types of these items that you may need. I found this website just a few minutes ago that may help. I am going for PvE MAEP for raiding, since most of the better armour upgrades are gotten as drops from raiding, and PvP does not have the hit rating included with items that are important for PvE raids. elitistjerks.com/f47/t24301-rogue_pve_dps/

Hi. Well I just got booted from a raid because I was below 2000 d.p.s. I felt pretty bad, but now that I'm over it I want to share a web page that helped me understand that it wasn't the gear or the way I was playing that didn't give me higher d.p.s., but the 0 expertise I had. Now it is 21 and I want to get to the 26 cap. My hit rating is 320, and I respecced and have taken points that I used to have in Subtlety and focused more on Combat. I had only 5 in combat three days ago, and now have 29 to improve my haste rating. www.wow.com/2009/01/21/encrypted-text-guide-to-rogue-stats-for-new-raiders/Good hunting!

Hi, this is patch day and I have a bunch of Titanium ore in my bank. I've been reading all about the new patch and the Isle of Conquest and how we can fly over Dalaran and Wintergrasp, and even how Darnassus has a blacksmiths, finally. BUT I am playing Lord of the Rings, because they have a ten day free trial and the reason I am is because after raising my irrelevant Ravenholdt rep to 4000 or so revered in a week from friendly I became insane in the membrane, so to speak, and wanted to see what the other game offered. I'm on day three of the trial, and I am liking the beautiful scenery of LOTRO; the beautiful stars, the realistic panoramas, and the way orcs and elves are REALLY supposed to look like. I think it was really when I saw my first motorbike in WoW I kind of wished for Lord of the Rings, and nothing else. So, I might go back for a bit every once in awhile, but don't hold your breaths. I'll miss you all from "Amazing Heroes". I'll keep in touch, but I miss the way that Tolkien inspired me so many years ago in the books, and especially the movies that were released. (No motor bikes in Middle Earth. Not yet anyways.) Don't worry though. I do have all of that Titanium ore in the bank collecting dust. I just thought that I'd let you all know that Jofrey is having a little rest in Ravenholdt Manor. Maybe after the ten days are over I'll use up the rest of my WoW account and make up my mind. And if you're ever on the Windfola server in LOTRO, look me up: I have a Runekeeper named Eljorlas.

Hi. Since my last login I returned to WoW and became an Engineer and Jewel Crafter. Now Jofrey is riding around Azeroth in a chopper. But I am writing this because I won't be back on until Cataclysm. StarCraft 2 is out in 5 days and I am going to play that for a bit. See you in November everyone! Or sooner, probably. Still need my Cat Burglar Gloves.

Oh, Jofrey is also a Subletly spec. Never thought I'd do it, but Shadowdance is awesome!
