You know what we should do? Try to get Steve to clear up some of the space upstairs, even if it is only on a friday, and play upstairs. I think that if people walking in buying cards SEE people playing, they will be more inclined to play themselves.
Also, something like posters and flyers for Magic Day. Where we offer free Magic lessons and discounts on boosters, whatever is lying around collecting dust.... like 8th edition or 9th? Always good to get newer players into it right?
